You will need:
- A handful of fresh thyme
- A cup of water
Preparation: First, wash the thyme and then put it in a bowl. In the meantime, boil the water and pour it over the thyme. Leave it for several minutes and then strain it to remove the solid parts. If you want a sweeter taste, add a tsp of honey.
